M/s Amjad Brothers Zarai (Agriculture) Industries Faisalabad established first in 1978, and manufactured super fine Wheat Thresher and Gram thresher.
In 1990, this organization M/s Amjed Brothers Zarai (Agriculture) Industries manufactured Maize Sheller for the maize growing areas of the country. It helped the farmers to collect their crops in time and faster than ever. In views of some people that it was an almost revolutionary step taken by Amjed Brothers Zarai (Agriculture) Industries, in this particular field. In 1997, Seed Drill and Tube well pump for irrigation purposes were also manufactured by this organization. Seed Drill is one of the basic needs of any farmer while seeding any of crops anywhere in the country. The working efficiency of all the products is good and preferred by the farmers of Pakistan.
The year 2002, the Farm Machinery Institute of Pakistan offered Mr. Amjed, with all helps like, Drawings, Brushers, and technical requirements regarding Rice Thresher for its local manufacture. He accepted the challenge and manufactured and got required performance from his own equipment better than of Thailand, which was a great achievement of his engineering skill and devotions and this incredible results were appreciated by (FMI).
Another revolutionary step was taken by them in 2004; they manufactured wheat Straw chopper with the technical collaborations (AMRI). The harvester left the wheat crop waste in field standing behind after harvesting and Farmer started thinking that it is a big loss for them and this machine compensate them by cutting the waste and collecting for other bi-products. This straw Chopper is a true copy of Made in India, imported by (AMRI) and it is better because it is cheaper, efficiency is equivalent, feed back services are available, and finally price far less than the imported one from India.
The engineering wing of (AMRI) provided us every assistance to improve the quality of Straw Chopper in past & present. This is great honour for this organization to introduce SPADE CULTIVATOR first time in the country in technical collaboration with AMRI which is capable to replace all these, chisel plough, Cultivator, and Rota vator at the same time. This Italian type spade cultivator is also capable to plough the land up to 15"depth.
This Organization keeps on working for the best development in farm-house machinery so that our farmer can get more and better crop yield from their land. These above mentioned Government agencies were insisted that Amjad Brothers Zarai (Agriculture) Industries should work under ISO 9001:2000, system standard and this organization is certified in August, 2007. At present this organization is working under the Umbrella of ISO system standard to get more and more better results from manufactured products. This organization has also manufactured a bed plantar with the technical collaboration of Agriculture Engineering department, University of Agriculture Faisalabad. Firm has about 50 technical persons and about 100 labors. Firm has 15 kanal area under workshop and other facilities.
