low thermal-conductivity alkali-resistant bricks DNJ-30

The preheating and resolving system of new dry-process cement kilns is to preheat the raw materials and resolve the carbonate, and the lining is usually damaged by the corrosion of alkali, sulfur and chlorine. Our high intensity alkali-resistant bricks have been extensively used in preheaters domestically from 2002. During the operation, the surface will form a layer of glaze, which can seal the brick surface, prevent form alkali corrosion, and protect the refractories, with good alkali-resistant and flush-resistant performance. The earliest applied high intensity alkali-resistant bricks have been normally operating for over a decade by September, 2013. The new product—low thermal-conductivity alkali-resistant bricks DNJ-30 is further improved on the basis of existing products, and decreases the thermal-conductivity and weight in addition to the alkali-resistant and flush-resistant performance. The raw material is pre-synthesized according to the alkali-resistant requirement. The effective distribution between alkali-resistant phase and high intensive phase is realized by controlling the technic, which can decrease the alkali corrosion of aluminium oxide material such as potassium and sodium, and decline the thermal conductivity. In addition to the performance of alkali-resistance, thermal shock stability and flush-resistance, the density of low thermal-conductivity alkali-resistant bricks decreases from 2.2g/cm3 to 1.75g/cm3, which can decrease the load of preheaters and the material cost.
