We are using new techniques to develop this art of making caps up to entire customer’s satisfaction. We have our own design and pattern setting section, cutting presses and full range of special sewing machines, like bindings, piping ,over lock , double needle, zigzag. Peak fixing machine with the help of different gauges & folders. We have also latest steam press system for final shaping of caps. We have well trained and qualified groups of stitcher,s to produce 100 to 150 caps daily. We can also provide you the Embroidery peaks like double oak, Single Oak, Pass on row & plane peaks.
We have also very good local and foreign source for all cloth like Woolen Blazer ,Barathiea , Gabaden,Surge and tropical cloth available in any colors.
Regarding metal badges buttons & regalia items we have our own 3D CNC Engraving machines & Cnc Wire cut for making dies & moulds for quick supplies. We have also Heavy & Light Weight presses for cutting & stamping.
Special note: We are pleased to inform you that we have all Heavy & light presses & machinery like CNC Engraving & CNC Wire cut, Tajima 20 Head 6 needle Model 620 G-G. 3 machines for Jacard Embriodery, We have 6 machines for making Aiguilltes & Lanyards, Golden wire braid making machines in all sizes.
We have 4 skilled designers for making computerized design.s for CNC Wire cut & CNC Engraving , Jacard Emb, Hand embroidery badges & mansonic embroidery.
