Product Description Characteristic: * Every yarn is made of several spun yarns which is uniform tension. * About 3kgs per roll. * Recilient force of every Dtex(g/10000m) is 3 times of elastics (0.024force,gram/unit). * The Stess and Strain curves is more smooth. Keeping smooth resiliency force in the effective area (20%-30% elongation). * Wide elongation area. The uniform design specification of elastic force is from 2.0-4.0 times elongation. The benefit of Spandex for manufacture: * Less cost for elastic material as the high stess and high elongation. * High efficiency as the long time producing without outage. * No undesirable component on the surface. It makes less choking for the hot melt adhesive spraying as being without talc powder and other dirt. * Good performance on the tackiness of hot melt adhesive. The glue for the rubber can be used for Spandex and can be saved over 40%.The creep-resisting shows excellent performance of Spandex. Spandex brings to baby: * More formfitting * More comfortable * More beautiful * Less leakage * No skin irritant Application: Elastic material for leg cuffs and leackage stand of diapers and lady napkins.

Lycra Covered Yarn

BeYarns elastic covered yarn is spandex yarn wrapping with one or two strands of filament yarns to increase filament yarns with higher elasticity and construct textile fabrics for better draping property and keeping in shape. A:Single Covered Yarn-SCY Spandex is wrapped with one filament yarn such as nylon. It can be divided into two specifications- S and Z twist. It is commonly used Z twist in elastic fabric, but socks and underwear use both S and Z twist to body curve. B:Double Covered Yarn-DCY Spandex is wrapped with two filament yarns in opposite directions. One is outer covering, and the other is inner covering. The different TPM makes various sense of comfort touch. Use: Tights, Woven fabrics, Flat knitting, Narrow fabrics, Circular knitting.
